How to pick, in one paragraph
Decide first whether you want coffee with protein in it or a protein shake that tastes like coffee. They're different products wearing the same name. High-dose jars (SuperYou, Ripped Up Nutrition) give you 10–24 g per serving and are the better value per gram of protein — but you need a scoop, a shaker and a kitchen. Single-serve sachets (Blackn Brownn, Sleepy Owl) are for the cup you actually drink at 8 a.m., at your desk, or in a hotel room.
SuperYou — Cold Coffee Fermented Yeast Protein
The highest protein dose in this list at roughly 24 g per 36 g serving, from fermented yeast protein rather than whey — useful if dairy protein doesn't sit well with you. Around 123 kcal per serving and no added sugar per the brand's page. The trade-off is price: about ₹90 a serving in the five-sachet pack, which makes it a shake replacement rather than a daily coffee.
Best for
Replacing a post-workout shake with something that tastes like cold coffee.
Ripped Up Nutrition (RUN) — Protein Coffee
A whey-based powder in 250 g, 500 g and 1 kg jars, at roughly 10 g of protein per scoop and about ₹52 a serving. Three dessert-leaning flavours — Tiramisu, Mocha and Caramel. Note: "Run Protein Coffee" is the same product; RUN is the brand's own shorthand, not a separate company.
Best for
Best cost per serving in a jar format if you don't mind measuring scoops.
Sleepy Owl — Assorted Protein Cold Coffee
15 g of protein per sachet, under 97 kcal and no added sugar per the brand's page, sold as an assorted three-sachet pack with a French Vanilla variant available separately. The strongest middle ground here: sachet convenience with a meaningful protein dose. Sleepy Owl doesn't publish a stable price on the product page, so check current pricing before comparing.
Best for
Sachet convenience when you still want a double-digit protein number.
Blackn Brownn — Protein Coffee sachets
Ours, so read this with that in mind. Each 12 g sachet carries 5 g of protein and costs ₹69, in Regular, Hazelnut, Vanilla and Butterscotch. It is deliberately the smallest protein dose on this page — it's built to be a coffee you drink every morning, not a shake you tolerate. It dissolves in hot water or cold milk in about 30 seconds, needs no shaker, and buying by the sachet means you can pick a different flavour each day instead of committing to a kilo of one.
Where we don't win: if your goal is 20 g+ of protein in a single cup, SuperYou or a jar format is the honest answer.
Best for
Everyday coffee with a protein bump, more flavours, and the lowest cost per cup.

Frequently asked
Which protein coffee is best in India?
For maximum protein per cup, SuperYou. For the lowest cost per serving in a jar, Ripped Up Nutrition. For a daily sachet with more flavour choice and the lowest price per cup, Blackn Brownn. Sleepy Owl sits between the two camps.
Is protein coffee worth it?
If you already drink coffee and struggle to hit your protein target, it adds protein to an existing habit with zero extra effort. If you're replacing a shake, check the grams — the range across this page is 5 g to 24 g per serving.
Can I just add protein powder to my coffee?
You can, and our protein coffee recipe guide covers the no-clump method. Pre-blended sachets simply skip the paste-making step.
